Hubert Hubbard

Hubert “Skip” Hubbard, 54, passed away on January 26, 2006 at Houston Medical Center. Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 28, 2006 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with full military honors. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 PM at McCullough Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials be made to American Diabetes Association of Georgia Affiliate, Atlanta, Georgia 30329.

Mr. Hubbard was born on June 22, 1951 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He served in the United States Army where he was a Dental Specialist for 19 years and 6 months. He received many medals while he was serving his country such as the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (4th award), Army Service Ribbon, Over Seas Ribbon, M-16 Rifle (marksmanship), and the United States Army Retired Lapel Button. His parents, Robert J. and Beulah Hubbard, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Wendy Hubbard, Everton, Missouri; daughters, Melissa Brown (Mike), Springfield, Missouri; Lucille Hubbard (Bryan), Lonoke, Arkansas; grandchildren, Kalani Brown, Connor Brown, and Mackenzie Broadway; siblings, Barbara Martinez, Las Vegas; Dorothy Rainey, Bonaire; Gail Moncrief, Warner Robins; Jerre McNeill, Fort Worth, Texas; Tom Hubbard, Warner Robins; Judy Register, Warner Robins; Gwen Baugh, Byron.
