July 23, 1933 — February 8, 2006

Mr. Larry Milton O’Rear, 72, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2006, at the VA Hospital in Dublin, Georgia, after an extended illness. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2006, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, February 10, 2006 from 6 until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. O’Rear was born on July 23, 1933 in Bankhead, Alabama. He lived in Warner Robins since 1955. Mr. O’Rear was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Korean War and obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant. He was retired from Civil Service are Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. His parents, Lester Simual O’Rear and Roxie Butler O’Rear, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his sisters, Dorothy Cook, Warner Robins; Betty Thompson (Fred), Kathleen, Georgia; Patsy Waller (Hugh), Cochran, Georgia; brother, Guy O’Rear (June), Vienna, Georgia; Ronald O’Rear (Sue), Xenia, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
