Melinda Fincher Rutledge

Melinda Fincher Rutledge, 58, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 6, 2021.

Melinda was born on May 8, 1962, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Vernon Fincher and Sylvia Jackson. She worked many years as a seamstress at Macon Garment. She will be remembered for her love of her family. She was of the Baptist faith. Melinda was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Glenn Fincher; and her sister, Rhonda Jones.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring husband, Steve Rutledge; her daughters Andi Dillard (David) and Brandi Duffey (Brett); her son, Garrett Duffey; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Dakota, Jessica, and Mitchell; her brother, Donnie Fincher (Cindy); her sisters, Laura Fincher and Carla Arnold (Reggie); and a host of other loving family members and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
