Andy B. Howe, Jr. passed away at Heart of Georgia Hospice Inpatient Care on Thursday, April 9, 2015. He was 67.
Andy was born on August 2, 1947 in Savannah, Georgia and was of the Christian faith. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran with the United States Air Force retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. Andy later retired from Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. His favorite hobbies included collecting model trains and setting up koi fish ponds, but his most enjoyable pastime was being a grandfather to his two grandsons.
In addition to his parents, his beloved wife of 35 years, Verdonna Fleck Howe; and sister, Eleanor Harley, preceded him in death.
Andy's memory will forever be treasured by his loving sons Chris Howe (Amy) of Bonaire; and Shawn Howe of Warner Robins; and grandsons, Landon and Braydon Howe.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Andy Howe to Warner Robins American Little League, P.O. Box 6562, Warner Robins, GA 31095.
