Aaron Michael Valasky, beloved husband, father, and son, passed away on June 21, 2024, at the age of 36. He was born in Macon, Georgia, and grew up in Warner Robins, GA. Aaron attended Evergreen Baptist Christian School and Central Fellowship Christian Academy before graduating from Houston County High School in 2006.
After taking a break from education, Aaron pursued his passion for HVAC and graduated from Central Georgia Technical College, in 2013, with his HVAC certification. He was known as a jack of all trades, skilled in HVAC, flooring, painting, landscaping, and more. In 2020, Aaron joined Robins Air Force Base as an HVAC technician, where he dedicated himself to his work.
Aaron had a deep love for basketball and fishing throughout his life. He played recreational and high school basketball until the 9th grade and later coached Upward basketball at 2nd Baptist Church. Known for his outgoing and personable nature, Aaron was a great conversationalist who could engage anyone on a wide range of topics. He had a knack for stirring up lively conversations to keep them entertaining and engaging.
Above all, Aaron cherished his roles as a father and husband. He found joy in teaching his children valuable skills around the house that would serve them throughout their lives. Aaron was deeply committed to instilling in them a sense of independence and resourcefulness, ensuring they were well-prepared for the future. His guidance and unwavering support enriched their lives immeasurably, creating lasting memories of a loving and devoted father.
Aaron is survived by his loving wife, Megan; cherished children, Dean Michael, Daxton Zane, and Raegin Emarie; parents, Frank and Vonda Valasky; siblings, Ryan Daniel Valasky (Sarah) of Warner Robins, GA, Larry Michael Valasky of Kentucky, Michelle Valasky of Perry, GA, and Bobby Ross (Leslie) of Gray, GA. He will also be missed by his in laws, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Aaron’s family will greet friends during a visitation on Thursday, June, 27, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held directly following the visitation, at 11:00 a.m., in the chapel. Afterward, Aaron will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
