Abby Michelle Newell

Abby Newell, 50, received her new body in heaven on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 after battling a lengthy illness.

Abby was born on July 25, 1965 in Atlanta, Georgia and was of the Baptist faith. For years, she looked forward to attending school at the Happy Hour Service Center and working with friends and colleagues each day. Abby will be remembered by all who knew her as a sweet and funny girl and will be greatly missed.

Her father, Dale E. Newell; and grandmothers, Mary E. Williams and Mae Newell, all preceded her in death.

Abby's memory will forever be remembered by her loving and devoted mother, Joan Newell, her sisters, Denece E. and Debra D. Newell, and her brother, Charles Newell, all of Warner Robins; and a host of friends who will truly miss her.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Following the service, Abby will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Abby to Happy Hour Service Center, 202 N. Davis Dr., PMB 164, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
