Abraham Rodriguez Buenrostro

Abraham Rodriguez Buenrostro, affectionately known as "El Gallo," passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at the age of 70. Born in El Refugio, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, on March 16, 1953, Abraham was the beloved son of the late Benjamin Rodriguez and Emilia Buenrostro.

In addition to his parents, Abraham was preceded in death by his cherished wife of 38 years, Dianna Lyn Rodriguez, and a granddaughter, Lyndsey Nichole Rodriguez. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved them.

Left to treasure Abraham's legacy are his devoted children, Jennifer Guevara, Emilia Rodriguez, and Mary Ann Rodriguez of Warner Robins. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren, Johnathan, Jayslynn, Alma, Isaiah, Urbano, Bella, Elias, Maggie, Angel, and Dorian, also all of Warner Robins. In addition to his immediate family, Abraham leaves behind several brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Abraham was kindhearted with a deep love for his grandchildren, who affectionately referred to him as "Papi". He had a passion for gardening and listening to music, with a special affinity for chickens and roosters. Abraham delighted in cultivating his garden and generously shared his prized vegetables with family and friends.

A Rosary will be said at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024, with visitation following until 7:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterward, Abraham will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
