Alcerie Milberger

Alcerie Milberger, 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 22, 2012.

Alcerie was born on August 19, 1930 in Marshall County, Alabama. She was a faithful member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church and her caring soul embraced all those who came into contact with her. Her husband, Richard Milberger; and parents, John T. Harris and Janie Higgins Harris, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Charlotte Mantz (Randy), Lakeland Florida, Lori Vetter (Richard), Lihue, Hawaii, and John Milberger (Ellen), Smyrna; her four sisters, Charlotte Armstrong (O.C.), Huntsville, Alabama, Sue Brown (Bill), Morora, Illinois, Patricia McCrory, Huntsville, Alabama and Clara Goode (Michael), Huntsville, Alabama; one brother, Charles Harris (Faye), Kingsport Tennessee; eight grandchildren; and many friends who were blessed to know her.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Smyrna Presbyterian Church, Smyrna, Georgia with a graveside service following in Magnolia Park Cemetery, Warner Robins at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Social Ministry of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 336 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
