Alice Sergent

Early on the morning of Saturday, December 17, 2022, Alice Sergent, 94, peacefully passed away.

Alice was born on November 4, 1928, in Taipei, Taiwan. Growing up by humble and rural means, Alice was no stranger to dedication and hard work. She married her husband, SSgt. Robert Sergent, in the 1960’s and returned to the United States where she was dedicated to her role as a military wife, taking care of her husband and children. In 1974, they located to Warner Robins where they would set down roots and led a quiet life. Alice enjoyed old westerns, gardening and sewing. She sewed many of her clothes. She will forever be remembered as a dedicated wife and mother. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, SSgt. Robert Sergent, USAF (Ret.), parents and brother.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring children, Robin Thomas (James), Jean Kline, Susan Cox (Brad), Tony Lin, Tim Lin and Tom Lin (Jean), and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband.
