Allen Eugene Slentz

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Allen Eugene Slentz, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 74.

Born in Decatur, Georgia, Allen dedicated many years to the automotive industry, ultimately retiring as the Fleet Manager from Five Star Automotive Group. His passion for cars and commitment to excellence made a lasting impact on those he worked with.

An avid golfer and a devoted NASCAR fan, Allen cherished the thrill of the game and the excitement of the race. Above all, he treasured the moments spent with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ruth Slentz.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Vianne Slentz; children, Jessica Clifton (Jim), Beth Slentz, Kristin Slentz, Dan’l Moulton (Leigh), Matt Moulton and Olivia Morris (Cecil); grandchildren, Taylor Moulton, Marshall Webb, Sadie Moulton, Miranda Moulton, Mattilyn Moulton, Zachary Moulton, Campbell McDaniel and Jackson Clifton; and sister Laraine Campbell (Rob).

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home with a memorial service immediately following in the chapel. Pastor Jerry Walls will officiate.  Afterward, Allen will be laid to rest privately.
