Amelia Ann Ledford Pund, 57, went home to be with her Savior on Thursday, January 30, 2014.
Amelia was born on July 23, 1956 in Warner Robins to the late James Robert and Sarah Barker Ledford. Before retiring, Amelia influenced generations of students at Tucker Elementary and Perry Primary as a teacher for over thirty-three years. She was also a dedicated member of Beaver Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Billy Pund (Jackie) and James Pund (Jennifer), both of Warner Robins and Jaccavrie Pund (James) of Bonaire; grandchildren, Will and Jackson; sisters, Bonnie Timney (Ti) of Gainesville, Virginia and Rebecca Ledford of Macon; brother, David Ledford (Irene) of Hockessin, Delaware; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, January 31, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with a committal service following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
