Amy Delee Sparks Julien, 27, passed away on December 6, 2004. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 10, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Garfield Cemetery, Garfield, Georgia. Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 9 at McCullough Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the Alyssa Julien Trust Fund, 204 Willowgate Drive, Bonaire, GA 31005.

Mrs. Sparks was born June 27, 1977 in Swainsboro, Georgia to Henry and Patricia Sparks. She attended Harvest Methodist Church and was a Georgia College and State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Loye and Reba Johnson.

Survivors include, husband, David Julien, Bonaire; parents Henry and Patricia Sparks, Bonaire; daughter, Alyssa Brooke Julien, Bonaire; sister, Julie Ann Sparks, Bonaire; grandparents, Henry and Helen Sparks, Metter; mother-in-law, Beverly K. Falvey, NY; and father-in-law, Donald Lynn Julien, AZ.
