Andrew Christopher Groves

Andrew Christopher Groves was promoted to glory on Friday, October 15, 2021. Andrew was a native of Merit, Texas. He was born June 11, 1986 in Dallas, Texas to Tonnie LeAnne Julian and Darrell Wade Groves. He graduated from Poquoson High School in 2004 and furthered his education by obtaining his EMT-Basic and Cardiovascular Tech Certification. Andrew had a desire to make people laugh and smile and made that his life goal. He hated to see people hurting or upset and his amazing heart and humor could help turn that around for just about anyone. His favorite actors were Robin Williams and Jimmy Stewart and loved to imitate them both.

Andrew is survived by his mom and bonus dad, Tonnie and Larry Julian, dad Darrell Groves, bonus mom Desiree Groves, sisters Amanda Groves Wilson, Lauren Groves and Wren Julian, brothers Aaron Groves and Jason Julian, brother and sister in laws as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Deloris and Jimmy Groves and cousin Zach Eastup.

A memorial service will be held on at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Sandy Valley Baptist Church.
