Ann Coursey Denison

Ann Coursey Denison, 87, entered into rest on Thursday, April 24, 2025.

Ann was born on November 26, 1937, in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Winston Gilbert and Ethel Mathews Gilbert. Ann was a woman whose heart found joy in the simple, beautiful things in life like drifting down the river on a boat, surrounded by nature's peace. Her happiest moments were spent with her family; her love for them was deep and unwavering. She carried her faith gracefully, trusting God through every season of life. Ann’s kindness, warmth, and devotion will leave a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Denison, sister, Barbara Rattery, and children, Roddy Wheeler and Alan Wheeler.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, David Wheeler (Desiree) of Byron; grandchildren, Gina Tavish (Brandon), Ciara Wheeler-Danieli (Justin), and David Wheeler, Jr. (Morgan); and great-grandchildren, Ashlyn Henderson, Aiden Danieli, Lorelai Danieli, and Kennedy Wheeler, along with many other loving family members and friends.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Parkway Memorial Gardens, where Ann will be laid to rest.
