Arlana Layelle Haynes, a beautiful first grader at Parkwood Elementary School, was called to the Lord on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
Arlana was born on August 26, 2011 in Warner Robins. In her six years here on earth, she enjoyed music, singing, dancing, and drawing. Arlana genuinely loved everyone she met and they loved her. Her sweet smile and tight hugs will always leave an imprint on the hearts of her family, friends, teachers, and classmates.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty J. Campbell and Elder Dorothy Haynes.
Arlana’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving mother and stepfather, Angelica L. and Roger Rose and father and stepmother, Christopher C. Haynes and Cindy Joiner, all of Warner Robins; brothers, Ahmad Lamarion Anthony and William Dominic Aiden Rose; grandparents, Bishop Sammie Haynes, Jr. (Maelois) of Vienna and Earlene Q. Tuft of Perry; and aunts and uncles, Reginald Simpson, Cameo Rose (Kenya), Roderick Rose, Sammie Haynes III, Tamika Baggage (Carlos), Sandra Williams (Tony), Winston Haynes (Tanshia), and Erika Haynes.
Visitation will be Friday, February 2, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Bishop Sammie Haynes, Jr. officiating. Following the service, Arlana will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family asks that all guests attending the service wear Arlana’s favorite colors, pink, purple, and/or white.
