Audrey Byars Mullen

Audrey Byars Mullen, 76, entered into the presence of her Lord on June 26, 2010.

Mrs. Mullen was born on August 12, 1933 in Winnsboro, South Carolina. Mrs. Mullen married Pastor Waldo Mullen in 1953 and served as a devoted Preacher's wife, Sunday school teacher, kindergarten director, educator, and mother. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Outside of spending quality time with her loving family, Mrs. Mullen enjoyed writing works of inspiration. She is preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Macy Byars, and brother, Charlie Byars.

Her memory will be forever treasured by her devoted husband of 57 years, Pastor Waldo K. Mullen, Sr., Centerville; daughter, Cindy Feagin (Warren), Macon; sons, Keith Mullen (Mary Ann), New Ringgold, PA; Michael Mullen (Sue S.), Macon; Gary S. Mullen (Jeana J.), Alpharetta; Pastor Pau S. Mullen (Stephanie), Warner Robins; sister, Judy Eubanks, Moorehead City, NC; sixteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services officiated by Dr. Randy Shaylor will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be given to the Grace Baptist Church Building Fund, 204 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Warner Robins, 31093.
