Barbara Curry Pevey

Barbara Curry Pevey passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015.

Barbara was born on September 1, 1935 in Dublin, Georgia. She was 80. She was predeceased by her parents, Hubert and Sara Wynn and Earnest Lee. Barbara graduated from Dublin High School.

Barbara is survived by her daughters, Kathy Wilson (Ronnie) of Savannah and Lisa Brookshire (Bruce) of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Kimberly Wilson (Matthew) and Rachel (Shallar) Gibbons; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Ava; sisters, Sandra Raffield and Pam Fellers (Eric); niece, Robin Cannon; nephew, Drew Fellers; great-niece, Jessica Cannon; and cousin, Kay Evans.

A Special 'thank you' goes to the Staff of Oceanside Nursing Home for their superior care of Barbara.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Association of Savannah, 201 Television Cir., Savannah, GA 31406 or Hospice Advantage Savannah, 310 Commercial Dr., Savannah, GA 31406.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015 in Dublin Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Dublin, GA. Rev. Bruce D. Brookshire will officiate.
