Barbara H. Lifsey, 79, entered into rest on Thursday, August 29, 2013.

Barbara was born on April 1, 1934, in Madras, Georgia. She was a long time member of Central Baptist Church. Barbara was a loving mother, sister and aunt. She took special care of her family and home. Her parents, R. L. and Mary Howard, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son, Rick Barnes (Linda), Bothell, Washington; nieces, Betty Doler, Newnan; Jean Johnson (Murphy), Moreland; Rita Emmett, Newnan; nephews, Doug Turner, Macon; and Mike Turner, Barnesville; and great niece, Pat Kee (Ricky), Newnan.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following at 4:00 p.m.in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Newnan, Georgia.
