Belinda Jean Brannon Harper, 68, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 7, 2023.
Mrs. Harper was born on August 19, 1954, in Topeka, Kansas to Betty Jean Skinner Brannon and the late Dallas Brannon. She was a retired instructional manual manager at CACI. Her free time was occupied with fishing, gardening, tending to her flowers, or making ceramics, and she loved dogs of any kind. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring husband of thirty-one years, Gregg Harper; her son, Michael Willsey; her daughters, Kimberly Willsey, Amanda Harper, and Crystal Harper; her grandchildren, Tristin Willsey, Grace Willsey, Trey Harper, and Hayden Harper; her mother, Betty Jean Brannon; her brother, Dennis Brannon (Debbie); her sister, Beth Acree (Brent); and a host of other loving family members and friends.
The graveside service celebrating Mrs. Harper’s life will be held at 12:00 noon CDT/1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, April 14, 2023, at Beal Memorial Cemetery in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with her cousin, Eddy Woodham officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Belinda Harper to The Humane Society of Houston County at www.humanesocietyhoco.org.
