Bennie "Ben" Foster Williams

May 12, 1941 — January 7, 2022

Ben Williams, 80, passed away at the Houston Medical Center on Friday, January 7, 2022.

Born in Jackson, Ohio, Ben was one of eleven children born to the late Ben Foster and Daisy Riffel Williams. In 2008, he opened The Georgia Mad Hatcher where he raised and sold happy, healthy chickens. When children paid a visit to the hatchery, he would give them a baby chick to put a smile on their face. Although Ben worked hard, his personality was laid back. The ones lucky enough to know Ben can still picture him sitting back in his chair smiling and laughing as he told stories and drank coffee. He nicknamed just about everyone he met and had a big heart. His love for others showed as he made them laugh and gave them words of encouragement. In his spare time, Ben often enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. He loved deeply and will be dearly missed.

His memory will forever be treasured by his adoring wife of 57 years, Dianna Jean Foor Williams; children, Ben Williams (Hannah) of Georgia; grandchildren, Harmony Rain Williams and Cross James Williams.
