Betty Wood Gray

Betty Gray, 78, entered into rest on Saturday, July 5, 2014.

Betty was born on January 23, 1936 in Dublin, Georgia. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Betty retired from Robins Air Force Base after twenty-five years as an Electronics Technician. She loved shopping and spending time with her family.

Her husband, James Deaver Gray; her daughter, Sara LaVon Courtney; her parents, Elbert and Sybil Wood; and siblings, Shirley Spires, C.W. Wood and Fred Wood, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Jamie Gray; Vicky Hart; Valerie Gray; son-in-law, Mike Courtney (Sara LaVon Courtney), all of Warner Robins; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and siblings, Peggy Ray of Panama City, Florida, Mary Jackson of Gray, Georgia and Jerry Wood of Macon, Georgia.

Visitation will be Monday, July 7, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
