Bettye Jo Loeb

Bettye Jo Loeb, 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 24, 2014.

Bettye was born on July 10, 1929 in Cromwell, Oklahoma. She worked for the State of Oklahoma Tax Commissioner's Office as a clerk for many years. Bettye had a passion for raising and showing German Shepherds. She will always be remembered as a loving mom, sister, and friend to all who knew her.

Her husbands; Sidney McCollum and Ernest Loeb and parents; Coda and Bess Jones O'Neal, brother; C.A. O'Neal, and grandson; Kit Fentem, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children; David McCollum of Houston, Texas, Dru Fentem of Warner Robins, Heather Meyer (Mike) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Howard Loeb (Susan) of Calabasas, California, Martin Loeb (Carol) of Columbia, Maryland, twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings; Frances Howard, and Norma Hopper, and special friend and sister; Freida Fairfield.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2014 at McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given In Memory of Bettye Loeb to Play Ground Project through Southside Baptist Church 1040 South Houston Lake Rd., Warner Robins, GA. 31088.
