Beverly T. Vincent

On the morning of Monday, June 19, 2017, Beverly Vincent joined her beloved husband, Roy Lee Vincent, Sr. in heaven. She was 79.

Beverly was born to the late Harley O. and Minnie S. Taylor in Montezuma, Georgia on October 25, 1937. She grew up in Macon County and graduated from Fort Valley High School. Of the Baptist faith, Mrs. Vincent dedicated her life to being a wife, mother, and homemaker. Singing, dancing, and spending time with her family were her favorite pastimes. In the last years, Beverly was a favorite resident of Summer's Landing where she was very active with all activities, including Bingo which she loved the best. She most recently resided at Church Home and Rehabilitation. Mrs. Vincent leaves behind her memory with family and friends who will miss her deeply.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Linda Rhodes (Barry) of Warner Robins and Roy Lee Vincent, Jr. (Jill) of Allen, Texas; grandchildren, Kelli Vincent and Renee Wilde (Jonathan); great-grandchildren, Hailey Crawford, Nicole Wilde, Madison Vincent, and Maxwell Wilde; and siblings, Joel Taylor (Betty) of Macon, and Betty Stone and Jackie Taylor, both of Fort Valley.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Following the service, Beverly will be laid to rest in Andersonville National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.

The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be given in memory of Beverly Vincent to your favorite charity.
