Billy Richard Trussell went to be with his Heavenly Father, October 16, 2013.
Mr. Trussell was born July 10, 1953, in Montezuma, GA. He graduated from Northside High School in Warner Robins, Middle Georgia College in Cochran and Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. He was a faithful member of Green Acres Baptist Church, and served as a civil servant in F-15 Engineering for Robins Air Force base for thirty-seven years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillie Carol Trussell, and is survived by his father, Billy N. (Lena) Trussell. He is also survived by his loving wife, Nan P. Trussell, Warner Robins; sons, Aaron R. Trussell, Warner Robins, Jason K. (Jennifer) Trussell, Warner Robins; daughter, Dell D. (Lee) Pickett, Jacksonville, FL; brothers, Kevin N. (Angeline) Trussell, Jacksonville, FL, Travis D. (Sandra) Trussell, Lawrenceville, GA, Craig M. (Tanya) Trussell, Dacula, GA; sister, Sonya C. (Mike) Morgan, Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Kiya Amira Trussell, Sean Lincoln Trussell, and Tanner Neil Trussell all of Warner Robins; step-grandchildren, Keeley Smith, Austin Smith, and Isabella Surratt, all of Warner Robins and Dalton Pickett, Jacksonville, FL; nephews, Ryan (Kathrine) Trussell, Bryn Trussell and Brandon Morgan, all of Lawrenceville, GA, and Hunter Trussell of Dacula, GA; and nieces, Megan Trussell and Reagan Morgan, both of Lawrenceville, GA.
Visitation will be Friday, October 18, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 19, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Baptist Church, 901 Elberta Road in Warner Robins with the Reverend Dr. Johnny Ellison officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
