In Loving Memory of Brenda J. McReynolds February 12, 1944 - October 12, 2023
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brenda J. McReynolds, a devoted Christian, a loving friend, and a pillar of her family, who left us on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Born on February 12, 1944 in Bluefield, West Virginia to Bernard and Magdalene Austin, Brenda dedicated her life to her family. Her nurturing spirit and selflessness were felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Throughout her life, she tirelessly cared for her family, ensuring that the warmth and comfort of her home were always present. Brenda was an active member of the First Christian Church of Perry, where she not only attended services faithfully, but actively participated in church activities. She spent her free time going on long walks with her beloved animal companion Sparkle, and with amazing friends playing card games, for hours on end with her fierce competitive spirit.
After the loss of her beloved Dennis R. McReynolds Sr., Brenda carried on his legacy with unwavering dedication. She was a pillar of support for her family, her children, and her grandchildren. Her wisdom and love were a guiding light, and her resilience an inspiration to all who knew her.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Dennis McReynolds Jr. of Chandler, AZ and Brian McReynolds (Mary Ann) of Villa Rica, Georgia; her grandchildren, Chase McReynolds of Gray, GA, Samantha Conner of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Kyle Austin McReynolds (Evelyn) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Thor McReynolds, Ariel McReynolds, both of Villa Rica, Georgia; her great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kaylea McReynolds of Byron, GA, Richard and Jackson McReynolds of Colorado Springs, CO, and Raelynn Kelly of Villa Rica and her sisters, Marcia Fowler of Bluefield, Virginia and Sandra Williams of Cool Springs, North Carolina.
