Brenda Sue Calhoun Parker

Brenda Sue Calhoun Parker, 55, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 28, 2015.

Brenda was born on September 30, 1960 in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was a graduate of Warner Robins High School and attended Macon Junior College. Brenda made her career in insurance, working for Geico Insurance Company, before changing her career path and working as an Inspector for Perdue Farms. She was a long-time member of Central Baptist Church where she was a member of the youth choir and the youth group. In her spare time Brenda enjoyed arts and crafts, making jewelry, and watching movies.

Her father, T. J. Calhoun, Jr., preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her mother, Lavonne Calhoun of Warner Robins; brothers, Brian Calhoun (Nikki) of Warner Robins, Britt Calhoun of Grubville, Missouri; uncle, Gene Stanley of Lyons; along with nephews and nieces, Steele Calhoun, Ashley Calhoun, Troy Calhoun, and Sara Calhoun.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home with funeral services immediately following at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough. Following the service, Brenda will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Mausoleum.
