Brenda "Tina" Amerson, 51, entered into rest on Monday, March 10, 2008.
Mrs. Amerson was born on September 10, 1956 in Pavo, Georgia. While living in Bonaire for the last twenty-one years, she was a homemaker who was always surrounded by children. Her home church was Hemstad Baptist Church in Pavo. She was also an avid fisherman and a member of the Middle Georgia MoPar Club. Her parents, Wallace and Bessie Goldman, brother, Wallace "Sonny" Goldman, sister, Debra "Debbie" Collier, preceded her in death.
Family members include her husband of twenty-six years, Phillip Amerson, Bonaire; daughter, Tonya Henry (David); Kathleen; sons, Alex Amerson and Ryan Amerson, both of Bonaire; sisters, Sylvia Bryant (Mike), Rocky Mountain, North Carolina and Alice Sims (Joe), Valdosta; half-sister, Mary Jean Rackley (Charles), Moultrie; grandchildren, David and John Henry; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2008 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be private. The family would welcome flowers or memorial donations may be given to the Middle Georgia MoPar Club, 117 Live Oak Lane, Byron, GA 31008.
