Brian Sivo passed away at the age of 48, on Monday, August 14, 2023, at Houston Medical Center.
Born on September 15, 1974, in Providence, Rhode Island, Brian was the son of Viola May Betters and the late Eugenio Sivo, Jr. He worked as a Sales Engineer II for Cox Business, focusing on the Middle Georgia area. Outside of his professional life, Brian had a range of interests and hobbies. He liked going to the gym and had a knack for fixing all things, demonstrating his handy skills.
One of his favorite pastimes was deep-sea fishing. Brian also took pride in maintaining his yard. Spending quality time with his family, particularly being in the pool with his family, was important to him, highlighting his close relationships and desire to create cherished memories together.
Brian's diverse interests and dedication to his work, family, and hobbies paint a picture of an individual who valued both his personal and professional aspects of life.
Brian is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Jennifer Teal Sivo; children, Jalynn Aileen Erwin (Elijah), Lilly Catherine Sivo, Dominic Eugene Sivo; and grandson, Zeppelin Lee Erwin, all of Bonaire, Georgia; as well as mother, Viola May Betters; and siblings, Eugene Sivo (Darlene), Robert Sivo (Dotty), David Sivo (Coleen), and Paul Sivo (Jill), all of Rhode Island.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Harvest Church. Brian Sivo will be privately laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Brian Sivo to the Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree St., Ste. 600, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
