Bridget Lynn Hatton, 62, of Centerville, Georgia, passed away on January 17, 2025. Born on December 17, 1962, in Juarez, New Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Glen Dutton and Loretta Barlow.
Bridget was raised in Centerville, Georgia, where she attended Northside High School. After high school, she began her career at Wendy's before moving on to Pizza Hut, where she spent 15 years as a manager. Later, she worked at Waffle House as a cook for 10 years. Bridget’s work ethic and determination were unmatched, and she made lasting impacts wherever she worked.
Bridget had a deep love for her dogs, Charlotte O'Hare, Bebe, Cocoa, Itty Bitty Girl, and Bella, all of whom were a cherished part of her life. She enjoyed spending time in her vegetable garden, where she found peace and fulfillment. Cooking was one of her greatest passions, and she was known for preparing delicious meals that brought comfort to those around her.
Bridget was a strong, spunky woman with a heart full of love. She was determined, a true survivor, and had a stubborn streak that could be both challenging and endearing. She could be hard-headed and ornery, but her big heart always managed to shine through.
