Caleb Matthew Gallet

Warner Robins – Caleb Gallet joined the angels on December 7, 2009.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 15, 2009, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. We will gather to celebrate Caleb's life at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at Harvest Church, Reverend Jim Cowart officiating. Interment will follow in Perry Memorial Gardens.

Born on July 8, 2002 in Panama City, Florida, Caleb was a second grade student at Lake Joy Primary. Compassionate beyond his years, he always sought to place others ahead of himself and was always ready to share his amazing, disarming smile. He favored Legos and his bed buddies, Monkey and Lumpy. He loved plain cheeseburgers and French fries with lots of Ketchup, and DQ blue raspberry slushies. Caleb loved basketball and played last year for the Dribblers with the Warner Robins Recreation Department. Much as he enjoyed sports, animals were his first love, especially monkeys, and his dream was to be a veterinarian when he grew up. Along with his family, he faithfully attended Harvest Church. Caleb was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Manuel A. Negron and paternal grandmother, Marie A. Gallet.

Caleb will live in the hearts of his loving parents, Captain Gary Charles Gallet and Ileana M. Gallet, Warner Robins; brothers, Brennan Jacob Gallet, Warner Robins; Jovan M. Rivera, Wilmington, Delaware; Javier A. Rivera, Georgetown, Delaware; Jordan D. Rivera, Houston, Delaware; paternal grandfather, Arthur C. Gallet, Mountain Home, Arkansas; maternal grandmother, Carmen M. Negron, Pemberton, New Jersey; and numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Jay's Hope Foundation, 1157 –B Forsyth Street, Macon GA 31201 or to the Joanna McAfee Childhood Cancer Foundation, PO Box 9537, Warner Robins GA 31095.
