Carol Oakley Phelps, 63, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, August 17, 2012.

Carol was born on August 21, 1948 in Macon, Georgia. She sold real estate with her husband, Bill, for twenty-five years in Warner Robins and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Her father, Joe W. Oakley, preceded her in death.

She will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Bill Phelps; sons, Robby Cagle (Jacqueline) and Jody Cagle (Melissa); grandchildren, Brook, Christin, and Piper Cagle, and Alyssa Ebersole; mother and stepfather, Mary Oakley Stevens and Luke Stevens; sister, Shelvy Neal (Gary); brother-in-law, John Phelps; niece and family, Tammy, John, DeLaine and Jessi Crutchfield; nephew and family, Walt, Kelly, W.G., and Page Neal; and her dog, Cody. "We love you, MonMon!"

Visitation will be Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 20, 2012 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
