Caroldine Farmer "Deeny" Conley, 86, entered into rest on Monday, December 3, 2012.
Caroldine was born on June 28, 1926 in McCaysville, Georgia to the late Harley Gordon Farmer and Hazel McKinley Woody Farmer. She was a longtime faithful member of Second Baptist Church and the Faith and Harmony Sunday School Class. Deeny worked as a Communication Specialist in civil service at Robins Air Force Base. Her kind spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Deeny enjoyed visiting with the elderly in the assisted living homes, enjoyed traveling, reading, and most especially time spent with her loving family. In addition to her parents, her beloved husband, Johnnie C. Conley, also preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter and son-in-law, Vicki Conley Watson and Wayne; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Angela Conley Moore and Christopher, all of Warner Robins; great granddaughter, Conley Elizabeth Moore; two sisters, Marlene Matthews, Jasper; Marilyn Panter, North Georgia; and a host of other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 6, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2012 in Parkway Memorial Gardens. The Reverend Mike Slade will officiate. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
