Carolyn Mae Burford

Carolyn Mae Burford, 80, entered into rest on Monday, September 21, 2014.

Carolyn was born on November 23, 1933 in Lewisburg, Ohio. She worked at Monsanto Research. Carolyn was a very devoted mother and grandmother.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her brother, Thomas Hofacker, children, Lisa Epps of Kathleen, Beverly Mitchell of GA., Tina Jacobs of New Mexico, Denny Jacobs of Ohio, John Jacobs of Ohio; granddaughters, Olivia Epps and Sylvia Hall; several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her daughter, Kathy Jacobs; parents, Thurston and Josephine Hofacker; and brothers, Lorenz and Jimmy Hofacker, preceded her in death.
