Charles “Charlie” Bradley Crowe
Bonaire – Charles “Charlie” Bradley Crowe, 70, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
Charlie was born on July 28, 1948 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Rufus Crowe Sr. and Iva Irene Crowe. He proudly served in the Army and became a Vietnam veteran. After the war, Charlie worked as a civilian at Robins Air Force Base. He was also a member of the Macon Hogg Chapter. Charlie’s favorite pastimes were fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of fifty years, Mary Alcena Crowe; his children, Tammy Irene Britt of Perry, and Charles Bradley Crowe II (Jodi Lyn) of Reynolds; grandchildren; Elijah Allan Britt (Ashley), Jessica Irene Britt, Alicia Brittany Crowe, Keeli Gabriella Fordham, and Bailey Maricia Crowe; brothers, Frank Crowe, Leroy Crowe, and James Michael Crowe, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, October 22, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on October 23, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Afterwards, Charles “Charlie” Bradley Crowe will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery with Military Honors.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Charles “Charlie” Bradley Crowe to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street Suite A, Macon, GA 30121.
