Charlotte Pinckney

Charlotte Pinckney, 82, entered into rest on Monday, February 13, 2023.

Charlotte was born on October 29, 1940, in Athens, Ohio to the late Lewis & Katherine Murvay. Charlotte was a wonderful wife and mom first, always putting her family before everything. When she wasn’t loving on her family and grandkids, she could be found playing bingo or shopping, especially at Belk’s.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her son, Sam Shirley. Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband of 53 years, Robert “Bob” Pinckney of Warner Robins, Georgia; her children, Joyce Bush of Dayton, Ohio, Mary Hastings of Dayton, Ohio, Jackie Trail (Tom) of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Bobbi Jo Creamer (David) of Elko, Georgia; sister, Della Wells of Jacksonville, Ohio; along with 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A celebration of life will immediately follow at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Charlotte Pinckney to Agape Care Hospice at 645 Tallulah Trail Suite 202, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
