Christine R. Landry, 82, after a brief illness the Lord called her home on September 14, 2005. Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 17, 2005, at First Presbyterian Church with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2005, from 7:30 until 8:30 PM at McCullough Funeral Home. Mrs. Landry moved to Warner Robins in 1944. She was employed at Robins Air Force Base for twenty years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Officers Club, Circle Three, New Corners Club and an avid bridge player. Her husband, Ret. Col. James E. Landry, Warner Robins; parents, Solomon and Odessa Ray, Lumber City, Georgia; brothers, Emory Ray, Lumber City, Georgia; Edward Ray, Sylvania, Georgia; Julian Ray, Waycross, Georgia, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children, Ricky McRae (Carol), Delray Beach, Florida; Ann Elliott (Sammy), Pfafftown, North Carolina; sister, Elizabeth Colwell, Milledgeville, Georgia; grandchildren, Kelli Elliott, Atlanta, Georgia; Jon Kniffin (Mariana), Greenwich, Connecticut; Kyle Elliott (Amanda), Jacksonville, Florida; Sutton McRae, Memphis , Tennessee; and three beloved great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
