Christy Lane "Sam" Kahley

Warner Robins native, Christy Lane Kahley, passed away in the early evening hours of Sunday, May 21, 2023, at the age of 52. She is gone but will never be forgotten.

Born in Warner Robins, GA on October 30, 1970, Christy was the daughter of Marguerite “Maggie” Pope and the late Ernest Pope. She was a dedicated employee of Bhumit and Mike Patel and was a former owner of Cigars & Hookah for several years. Christy was also a previous employee of Ken’s Stereo Junction and AT&T/Cingular Wireless. Additionally, she was an avid cat lover who dedicated her life to showing perpetual love to her children and grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Katelyn Fincher (Chad) of Kathleen, Cody Miller of Warner Robins and Keri Kahley of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Kaytlyn Cox (Tyler), Skyler Fincher, Landon Miller, Noah Fincher, Payton Lane Thomas, Zander Byram, Amelia Miller and Finleigh Kahley; great-granddaughter, Oaklynn Cox; mother, Marguerite “Maggie” Pope of Warner Robins; sister, Hope Livingston of Warner Robins; and several nieces, nephews and extended loving family.

A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service celebrating Christy’s life will immediately follow at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. She will be privately laid to rest in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
