Claudio Cook, 59, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
Claudio was born on June 28, 1958 in Todi, Italy to the late Clyde and Anna Maria Cook. His childhood experience as a boy scout led him to become an overall sportsman with a passion for hunting, fishing and scuba diving. As an outdoorsman, Claudio also enjoyed bonfires, which were always as large as he could make them. A machinist by trade, he was a talented metal sculptor and brass connoisseur with one entire room in his house made of brass. Among these talents, he was also a gunsmith and a Mason. Claudio enjoyed riding his Harley and loved his truck. His sisters recall him as the protector of the family as he was very caring of his family and others. He had a softer side where he loved the beach, sunsets, animals and was an avid photographer. There was so much love and passion within Claudio. Each story and memory relayed by his family describe his enthusiasm as bigger than life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Kenneth Edward Cook and best buddy “Buster”.
His memory will forever be treasured by his sisters, Christine Cook Ford (Paul J. Murray) and Sharon Cook Smith; Nieces and Nephews, Randy Edward McCrary, Andy Scott McCrary, Shawn Christopher Cook, Brandi Nicole Brady, Kyla Marie Smith and Erin Ray Smith; several great nieces and nephews; uncle, Fulvio Schifalacqua and grandmother, Primetta Grimaldi Schifalacqua.
