Ronald Ray Rogers, 83, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 26, 2013.

Mr. Rogers was born on July 24, 1929 in Monongah, West Virginia. CMSgt Rogers retired from the United States Air Force after dedicating thirty two years of service where he was a boom operator serving during Operation Castle Bravo, Korean Conflict and Vietnam era. Subsequent to his distinguished military career, Ronald retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base where he was a Quality Inspector on the C-141 and F-15's. He was an avid golfer and was a Marshall at the Landings Golf Club. His parents, W.F. and Rebecca Rogers, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of sixty-one years, Nora Jane Rogers, Warner Robins; daughter, Ronna J. Nuzum (David), Shinnston, West Virginia; son, Dennis K. Rogers (Pamela), Warner Robins; son, William S. Rogers, Atlanta, Georgia; and four grandchildren.
