Crystal Jo Ham

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, Crystal Jo Ham, 59, passed away at Perry Hospital from complications due to Covid-19.

Crystal was born on August 30, 1962, in Chillicothe, Ohio. She was the daughter of Betty Ann Elliott Strickland. Of the Baptist faith, Crystal had a rock solid foundation and was the quiet strength of her family. While visiting her favorite town of Cherokee, North Carolina, she enjoyed trying her luck at gambling and playing the lottery. Crystal also loved spending time on many land banks fishing.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring husband of 39 years, Bruce Ervine Ham of Perry; children, Chastity Haines (Chris Deil) of Bonaire; and Bruce Ham of Perry; grandchildren, Robert Lee Haines, and Benjamin Paul Haines; siblings, Sherry Johnson, Eugene Hines, and Roger Hines; as well as a host of extended family members and friends; and her dog, “Zoey.”
