Cynthia “Cindy” Marie Maddox Dyal

February 16, 1963 — January 10, 2020

After an extended illness and lifelong battle with Multiple Sclerosis, Cindy Dyal, 56, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020, at the Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Georgia. Cindy was born on February 16, 1963 in Warner Robins, but lived most of her life in the Gwinnett County area where she worked as a hair stylist before her illness.

Her husband, Earl Dyal, her parents, Phillip Eugene Maddox and Shirley (Jorene) Turner Haynes, and her adored pet dogs preceded Cindy in death.

Cindy is survived by her sister, Donna Maddox Sentz of Port Orange, Florida, her brother, James Michael Maddox of Eastman, Georgia, her Aunts Wanda Maddox Westberry and Freda Maddox, and her longtime companion, Adam Hagbartsen, as well many cousins, nieces, and nephews, who loved her dearly.

A graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. At that time, Pastors Eric and Denise Young will officiate, and family and friends will be invited to celebrate Cindy’s life.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that memorial donations be given in memory of Cindy to Shepherd’s Heart Ministries, 1401 Wilson Road, Clearwater, Florida 33755. Donations may also be given through the website at www.shmonline.com.

McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with these arrangements.
