Cynthia Darlene Higgins, 60, returned home to the Lord on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

Cynthia was born on February 22, 1964, in Atlanta, Georgia. A devoted Christian, Cynthia's deep love for God and her Savior, Jesus Christ, was at the heart of everything she did. She often shared her faith with others, always planting seeds of hope and encouraging those around her to draw closer to Him. With a true servant’s heart, Cynthia tirelessly served others, offering both her time and resources to support both homeless shelters and those around her in need.

Known for her infectious sense of humor, Cynthia had a spunky, vibrant spirit that could light up any room. She approached life with joy and always put her best foot forward, ensuring she was well-presented and ready for whatever the day held. Her warm personality and laughter were a constant source of happiness to her loved ones.

Above all, Cynthia cherished her family. She adored spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating precious memories that will live on in their hearts. In her free time, she loved to unwind with a visit to the casino or set sail on a cruise, always seeking adventure and fun.

Cynthia’s life was a testament to her faith, her kindness, and her unwavering love for her family and others. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, service, and joy will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Her mother, Rebecca Arlene Spradlin, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Tiffany Ellis Priest (Christopher) of Fort Valley, and Bobby Joe Landers of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Jayda Landers of Fort Valley, Ethan Priest of Fort Valley, Josie Priest of Fort Valley, and Hunter Landers of Warner Robins; great-grandson, Grayson Landers; siblings, Scottie Spradlin (Kathy) of Kathleen, and Vicki DePuy (George) of Musella, along with many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Monday, December 23, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A graveside service will immediately follow at 12:30 p.m. at Parkway Memorial Gardens where Cynthia will be laid to rest.
