Daiquan "Quan" Mechail Jones

Daiquan Mechail Jones, 26, our beloved spouse, son, brother, cousin and friend, passed into the hands of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He is gone but will never be forgotten.

Quan graced the world with his presence on July 21, 1995, in Russellville, AR. He was the son of Jerome and Paula Jones and recently worked as a line operator for Kumo Tires. A unique man with a huge heart, Quan was sure to leave an impression on everyone he came across. He was authentic and always spoke his mind; you always knew where you stood with him! “Collateral beauty he left behind and everyone he touched.”

He is survived by his lifelong friend, Damonica; brother, Phillip Jones (Ziomara); twin sister, Daija Jones; nieces and nephews, Zimir, Peyton, Naomi, Izaiah and Amari; grandparents, Katherine Miller and Sadie Alston; cousins, Kamia, Braylon and Chandler; and a whole host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his cousin, Katherine.

Quan’s family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Quan will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens following the service. A repast will follow the graveside service at The Farmhouse at McCullough Funeral Home.
