Daniel Branscome, 59, died Friday, April 19, 2002 at the Houston Medical Center, Warner Robins. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 Central Baptist Church. Private interment services will be held at the Memorial Cemetery in Lake City, Florida. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 Tuesday evening at McCullough Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Central Baptist Church Building Fund, 1647 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093.
Mr. Branscome was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served as a sergeant in the United States Air Force. He was an aviation mechanic at Robins Air Force Base. He attended aviation repair school, was an Oklahoma model airplane enthusiast and enjoyed carpentry and woodworking. He attended Central Baptist Church. His parents, Lonnie James and Cora Lee Branscome, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Branscome Rahman and Omar Rahman of Muncie, IN; daughter and son-in-law, Deanna Branscome and Timothy Kicklighter of High Springs, FL; and grandchildren, David Harrison, Emma Harrison and Abigail Kicklighter, all of High Springs, FL.
