Daniel Lee Burke

Daniel Lee Burke, 36, entered into rest on Monday, March 17, 2008.

Mr. Burke was born on March 19, 1971 in Holland, Michigan. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force during Operation Desert Storm. He was a member of Calvary Way Community Church, but most recently attended Shirley Hills Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. His father, Roy Lee Burke and grandfather, Albert Newton Burke, preceded him in death.

Family members include his wife, Selena Burke, and their children, Nathan Lee and Anna Mary Burke, Kathleen; brother, Ethan Lee Burke, Mount Airy, Georgia; sister, Michelle Burke, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Shirley Hills Baptist Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Selena Burke in memory of Daniel Burke at any Regions Bank of Georgia.
