Darryl Loyd Amerson, Jr.

Darryl Loyd Amerson, Jr., 53, entered into rest on Monday, December 11, 2023.

Darryl was born on February 17, 1970, in Hazlehurst, Georgia to the late Darryl Loyd Amerson, Sr. and Linda Gail Davis. He was a long-time employee of Reed’s Landscaping where he worked as a supervisor. In his free time, he enjoyed working on small projects in his garage, watching nature shows, and fishing. Darryl will be deeply missed by those who loved him.

In addition to his parents, Darryl was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Michael Amerson.

His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Tracey Lynn Amerson; son, Matthew Allen, Amerson; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Hughes and Angela Diaz; sisters-in-law, Diana Norred and Vanessa Hunt; along with several stepsiblings, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024,  at 3:00 p.m. at Green Acres Baptist Church in Warner Robins.
