David Jason Coleman, 55, entered the gates of heaven on the morning of Saturday, November 12, 2022.
David was born on April 3, 1967, in Warner Robins, Georgia to Mary Jo Coleman and the late William D. Coleman. A lifelong resident of Houston County, he graduated from Northside Highschool in 1985, where he played the trumpet in the “Blue Wind Band” and on the baseball team. He shared his love of ball serving many years as a coach in Victory Sports. David was an avid golfer, winning several tournaments throughout Middle Georgia. He was also known for his innate ability to fix just about anything electronic and he enjoyed wood working.
His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved son, Logan Coleman of Warner Robins; mother, Mary Jo Coleman of Warner Robins; siblings, Vicky Mitchell (Steve) of Warner Robins, Donald Coleman (Angie) of Reynolds and Daryl Coleman (Shelly) of Bonaire; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation with David’s family will be Friday, November 18, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at McCullough Funeral Home with the funeral service, celebrating his life, immediately following in the chapel with Dr. Mike Parker officiating. Following the service, David will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
