David Paul Burkhart

David Burkhart, 63, entered into rest on Friday, September 20, 2013.

Mr. Burkhart was born on August 20, 1950, in Reading, Pennsylvania. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Air Force having fought during the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Burkhart played guitar and had a love for music and the outdoors. He was a loving husband, father, and papa. His parents, LeRoy and Dorothy Burkhart and brothers, Thomas Burkhart and Paul Burkhart preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Rhonda Burkhart; children, Stephanie Burch (Heath), Bonaire; Jessica Burkhart, Atlanta; and Ryan Burkhart, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Brody, Bryson and Brooks Burch and siblings, Donald Burkhart, Mary Weller, Joseph Burkhart; all from Reading Pennsylvania and Patricia Olson; Durand, Wisconsin.

Visitation will be Monday, September 23, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be made to Serenity Hospice 1057 North. Houston Road, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093.
