Doris E. Ford

Doris E. Ford, 79, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2006. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Interment will be on Monday, December 18, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Society P.O. Box 1544 Warner Robins, GA 31099-1544.

Mrs. Ford was born on August 12, 1927 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She was a member of St. John’s Church in Clinton, Maryland. Mrs. Ford was a fabulous homemaker and an avid children and high school sports fan in which she supported for many years. She served as an interpreter for the Spanish migrant workers for the yearly health fair. Her loving husband, Vincent Paul Ford, Jr. and her parents, Roman and Frances Lajewski Maieran, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Bill Haller, and three grandchildren, Scott, Kelly, and Lesley Haller, all of Warner Robins.
