Dorothy Lois Martin

Warner Robins – Dorothy Lois Martin, 81, entered into rest on Sunday, April 4, 2010. Ms. Martin was born on July 7, 1928 in Hamilton, Texas. She was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church, where she was the Secretary of the Joy Sunday School Class and sang with the Singing Saints.

Her husband, Marvin M. Martin, parents; Richard Ollie Manning and Lena Mandy Manning, and son Troy Terrell Martin, all preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Ronnie E. Martin, Culloden; Kenneth E. Martin, Garland, Texas; Sheila A. Gordon, Christiansburg, Virginia; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 7, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home, Reverend Johnny Ellison officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial donations be made to Green Acres Baptist Church, 901 Elberta Road, Warner Robins, GA. 31093
